Business Analyst (BA)

An US product company is looking for Business Analyst (BA) to join team in HCM with the following information:

Position Description & Responsibilities

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review and analyze business requirements
• Provide feedback to the product management team about the feasibility and time frame for delivery of business requirements
• Assist the engineering team with writing user stories, and validate these against the business requirements
• Assist the QC team with writing and designing test cases to cover the business requirements
• Business process modeling to identify and communicate gaps in business processes

Requirements

If you can accomplish the above, then you’ve got what it takes. Realistically though, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year experience in software testing, software design or similar processes
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• The ability to communicate across multiple teams is a core requirement of the job
• Fluent in English including reading, writing, listening and talking, as well as the ability to interpret technical and health care related terms
• Willingness to learn
