Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analyst who has experience in working with the development of complex technology projects in e-commerce. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing customer and business requirements and assisting with the development of the product (our recently launched next generation platform) and the entire product roadmap.

• Understand and refine the logic behind the product and assist with the development of the product.
• Work with UX/UI experts in the creation and refinement of wireframes
• Ensuring UI conforms to logic and product requirements
• Testing of product and prioritizing any issues on the development side.
• Determine iteration strategies for launches
• Gather information based on user experience and then prioritize the required functionalities based on market requirements and resources.
• Become a point of contact between the Business Team and the Development Team.
• Regular catch up meetings with the Product Team and the Development Team.
• Work on sprint set up and product refinement sessions with Development Team
• Work closely with the Head of Technology and the Business Team to ensure that the product is rolled out successfully.
• Provide regular updates to the Partners to ensure that they are informed about the progress of the development of the product.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in technology product management
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese. A strong preference will be given to candidates with at least written fluency in other languages such as Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), Korean, Malay, etc.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching complex technology products that meet and exceed business objectives
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and other project and product management software
• Understanding of business process modelling using BPMN or other frameworks
• Willingness and proven ability to effectively work remotely with teams
• Passion to be part of a product development team
• Subject matter expertise in the e-commerce or retail industry preferred but not required
• Experience in early stage start-ups preferred but not required
