Manual Tester

An US product company is looking for Manual Tester to join team in HCM with the following information:

Job Description:

• Own quality for a dedicated product team
• Manage test strategy, test suites, test cases
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Report bugs and errors to development team
• Willing to learn automation test

Your Skills and Experience:

Must-Have

• At least 2 years in ensuring quality of web app across browsers
• Fluent English is a must in both communication and documentation
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are coachable and personable, and, ideally, with a good sense of humor!
• A passionate individual who is not afraid to ask questions and eager to learn.
• Keep improving the knowledge of current technologies and tools.
• Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the team.

Nice To Have:

• Open to working late a few days a week for meeting with the US
• Willing to learn Automation Testing and API Testing

Soft Skills:

• A team player who is willing to disseminate knowledge to other team members.
• Help team follows Agile best practices and deliver the most value to the customers quickly.
• Learn the system and product in-depth.
• Stay on the cutting edge of best practices and come up with ways to improve.
• Help the team deliver features faster, safer, and to a high level of quality.
