Android Developer

We are seeking an ANDROID developer to help design, develop, improve, maintain, and troubleshoot our ANDROID applications. The job involves building features independently, fixing bugs independently, collaborating with other team members, writing unit and integration tests, and deploying your own code to production.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Perform other relevant assigned tasks.
• Demonstrate secure applications development and contribute to the engineering organizations best practices.
• Contribute to engineering standards, tooling, processes, and culture.
• Propose alternative approaches and solutions to solve problems and improve processes.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development
• Knowledgeable about Kotlin code
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APls
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning git
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Hardworking and high commitment.
• Great team player
• Understands Agile and other project management methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP, Click-up and google workspace is a plus
• Languages: English and Vietnamese, French is a plus
