A leading IT solutions and services provider in Asia is recruiting a Account Manager in Hanoi. You will drive sales operations with focus on clients across Enterprise, FSI, Government and Telco sectors.
Look for new customers and handle current customers in Hanoi market.
Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
Following up the services failure issues.
Always keep abreast of the most updated competitive products.
Achieve Sales quota.
Strong customers’ relationship handling skills.
At least 1 years related experience in providing consultancy to Enterprise/ FSI/Government/ Telco. Familiar with Networking/ Security products is a plus.
Strong contacts and knowledge of the Vietnam IT sales sector is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent account management, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Dynamic, professional, detail-oriented.
Honest, trustworthy, flexible and hardworking.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) in English and Vietnamese is a plus.
