Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the basics
  • Make sure company’s values are demonstrated
  • Create and implement programs that aim to improve employee’s satisfaction, motivation and well-being
  • Develop communications strategy that will engage employees
  • Give employee a voice, compile their feedback, and use it to improve the company culture
  • Work with team to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Work with managers on how to be effective leaders and and create a positive working environment
  • Train employees how to deal with stress and navigate difficult conversations
  • Support employee to grow
  • Create and encourage an enjoyable environment
  • Develop policies and procedures for remote work, and ensure that the company’s culture and values are upheld when employees are not in the office
  • Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth operation of a remote workforce
  • Ensure that remote employees are productive and comfortable

Your Skills and Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Human resources, 3+ years in the similar position
  • Have a real interest in people and want to take care of them
  • Strong in verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong in strategy building and implementation
  • Be compassion and emotionally intelligent
  • Be creative
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Fluent English. French will be a plus
