HR/ Recruiter (IT Field)

An IT company from Europe is looking for HR/ Recruiter to join the team in Ho Chi Minh.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process to meet the demand of Company’s vacancies on time
• Build the sources of candidates from various channels: network, job posting, websites, forums, social network, etc.
• Search for resumes, screen resumes sent by the researcher and execute online/phone interviews, submit a final shortlist to Hiring manager(s)
• Arrange interviews and follow up until closing the vacancy
• Develop Employment Branding
• Others tasks according to job’s needs

Your Skills and Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in recruitment, 3 years in IT recruitment field
• Have a good network of technical candidates
• High spirit of teamwork, proactive to learn and share knowledge
• Trustworthy, attention to details, sense of responsibility
• Good assessment, communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent in English. French will be a plus
