For our growth, we are looking for IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

• Source, screen, make cold call, interview the potential candidates to submit the right candidates to clients.
• Arrange meetings with clients and build productive and long term relationship.
• Make cold call, set up meeting with new clients.
• Meet the assigned KPI of submitted candidates every week.
• Meet the assigned KPI every quarter.
• Update the status of candidates in system.
• Source and enter new candidates into the databases.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to client interview and offer negotiation.
• Follow up with candidates and clients from the commencement date of successful placement.
• Other jobs will be discussed in the interview.

Job Requirements:

• Have recruitment skills in IT/ Software Company; or IT sales will be preferable.
• Excellent English and computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good communication, team work and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and warmth towards people, thoughtful and caring manners.
• Dynamic, good logic thinking, quick learner.
• Good looking is preferable.
