A leading IT solutions and services provider in Asia is recruiting a Senior Sales Manager in Hanoi. You will drive sales operations with focus on clients across Enterprise, FSI, Government and Telco sectors.
Responsibilities:
Look for new customers and handle current customers in Hanoi market.
Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
Following up the services failure issues.
Develop Sales & Marketing strategies. Develop sales strategy with the Channel Sales Manager.
Always keep abreast of the most updated competitive products.
Achieve Sales quota.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
Strong customers’ relationship handling skills.
At least 4 years related experience in providing consultancy to Enterprise/ FSI/Government/ Teleco. Familiar with Networking/ Security products.
Strong contacts and knowledge of the Vietnam IT sales sector.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent account management, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Dynamic, professional, detail-oriented.
Honest, trustworthy, flexible and hardworking.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) in English and Vietnamese.
English: Fluent in speaking and understanding.
