An IT company from Europe is looking for Azure Operator to join the team in Ho Chi Minh.

Responsibilities:

  • The daily operation (deploying infrastructure and application modifications, …)
  • The incident handling (assistance to level 1 team for issues not in their scopes, performing deeper analysis, participate to post-mortem investigation with the DevOps team)
  • The continuous improvement of the service (delegation to Level 1 team, training, …)
  • Sharing 24/7 rotation as part of the team
  • Handle operations requested by customer in a timely manner
  • Be part of the escalation chain in case of an incident

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Previous cloud experience (Azure strongly preferred)
  • Windows troubleshooting knowledge
  • Analytical mindset (ability to group multiple events into one incident)
  • Curious mindset (not scared of discovering new technologies / tools / …)
  • Ideally a previous production role on a SaaS platform
  • English written and spoken
