React Native Developer

A product software company is recruiting a React Native Developer in Ha Noi & Ho Chi Minh. You will be joining our tech team to build the backend system of company platform, that matches trucks’ spare capacity with shipment.

You will be joining the tech team and taking ownership of the product features you design and develop.  As a React Native Front End Developer you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Building new features for our B2C/Marketplace mobile app
• Collaborating with the product team to plan new product features
• Working closely with backend team to effectively deliver new features
• Keeping to deadlines and delivering consistently good work
• Contributing to our positive high-performance team morale
• Contributing to team training sessions by sharing your knowledge and experience

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Redux.
• At least 1 year of real work experience with React Native, must understand basic philosophy of React Native and React component lifecycle.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token is a plus.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools especially Git.
• Understanding of HTTP protocol, RESTful data structures, and JSON format.
• Experience with push notification.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Good product mindset, communication and English skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good to have

• Experience with mobile CI/CD.
• Crash analytics and reporting.
• Experience with CodePush or other release delivery service.

Compensation

Salary: USD 800 – 1500 / month

Bonuses: Cash performance-linked bonus and stock options

Other benefits:

Monday – Friday 0900-1800

Saturday 0900-1300

On top of this there are three extra benefits.

Firstly, staff can shift their hours to come in earlier or later, provided they make up the core hours of 1000-1500 in the office to be available for team meetings and training.

Secondly, staff can shift working hours forward or back up to 3 days, so they can choose to work longer hours on one day to get time off on another day if this style of working suits them, or if they have personal commitments.

Thirdly, staff can work remotely for up to 4 days per month, provided that they have clear work to complete during this time.

These changes soften the Saturday working, and do mean that if Saturday working is a deal breaker for any person then they can manage their working schedule to avoid it entirely.
