Data Analyst (Junior/ Mid/ Senior)

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will work directly with the client-facing Support team and Product team to collect and analyze the data. This work reveals insights to help build a world-class customer support experience.

What skill sets are we looking for from you?

• Programming languages such as Python, R. Bonus if you use Jupyter notebooks well and version control all coding with Git.
• Databases such as SQL, noSQL, flat files.
• Data mining and modeling: collect, cleanse and provide modeling and analyses of structured and unstructured data.
• Build Dashboards: visually impactful dashboards in Excel and Tableau for data reporting.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Work with Product team, CS team and management and to determine organizational goals.
• Mine data from primary and secondary sources.
• Clean and prune data to discard irrelevant information.
• Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques.
• Pinpoint trends, correlations, and patterns in complicated data sets.
• Identify new opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide concise metrics reports and clear data visualizations for management.
• Run client requests/reports.
